Booking Policy

Deposits & Booking Confirmation

  • All online and first-time bookings, as well as services valued at $90 or more, require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.

  • The deposit secures your appointment and confirms your commitment to the service.

  • Deposits are non-transferable between clients.

  • The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.

  • Services valued under $90 must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Refunds & Deposit Returns

  • Deposits are fully refundable when cancellations are made with at least 5 business days’ notice.

  • Deposits are retained if cancellations occur within 4 business days or less of the appointment.

  • In the event of early termination or service refusal (due to breach of studio or travel policy), deposits are non-refundable, and the rebooking fee (as per the first-time no-show structure) will apply before a new appointment can be scheduled.

Payment Methods & Security

  • Cash is preferred for all in-studio and mobile services.

  • Visa and card transactions are available via Square or Acuity and will incur a small card surcharge to cover processing fees.

  • For clients with prior no-shows or late cancellations, a valid card may be securely stored on file for future bookings.

Travel Service Deposits

  • Travel bookings also require a 50% deposit to confirm.

  • The travel fee (based on the relevant distance tier) is non-refundable once travel has commenced, as it covers round-trip time, setup/pack-down, and vehicle costs.

  • Cancellations made after travel departure or within 48 hours of the scheduled time will result in the full travel fee being retained.

Cancellations, No-Shows & Late Arrivals POLICY

In-Studio Services

  • Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice without losing your deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours forfeit the deposit in full.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours or on the same day require a 50% rebooking fee before new appointments are confirmed.

  • No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will forfeit the deposit and must have a valid card on file for future bookings.

  • Repeat no-shows or last-minute cancellations will require full prepayment for all future bookings.

Travel Services

  • The same cancellation timelines apply to all mobile and on-location bookings.

  • Travel fees are non-refundable once the artist has departed.

  • If a travel booking is cancelled within 48 hours, the travel fee and deposit are retained.

  • Cancellations made with 5 or more business days’ notice may have their travel fee credited toward a future booking within six months (one transfer only).

  • If an on-location service must be cut short or refused due to unsafe conditions, disruptive guests, or unprepared environments, the deposit and travel fee will both be retained.

Late Arrivals (All Services)

  • Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened or rescheduled at the artist’s discretion.

  • If your appointment cannot be completed due to lateness, your deposit will be forfeited, and a rebooking fee will apply before rescheduling.

  • Repeat lateness may result in prepayment being required for future bookings.

Illness & Emergencies

  • If you are unwell, please notify us as soon as possible.

  • The artist may, at her discretion, allow one complimentary reschedule for genuine illness or emergencies.

  • Repeat illness-related cancellations may require prepayment or medical clearance before future appointments.

Acceptance of Terms

By confirming your appointment and paying your deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Sabine HAMR Booking & Cancellation Policy, and agree to its terms.
These policies are designed to protect fairness, time, and professionalism for all clients — both in-studio and on location.
