TRAVEL & GROUP PACKAGES

Sabine - HAMR Travel and Group packages are designed to work hand in hand — bringing the ritualistic experience to you and those you share it with. Whether it’s a ceremony, creative project, or a group transformation, combining travel with group bookings creates the most value, offering convenience, connection, and a shared moment of artistry wherever you are.

TRAVEL PACKAGES

Sabine HAMR Travel Packages are set at fair, fixed prices that account for the artist’s time spent out of studio — including round-trip travel, pack-up and pack-down at both locations, and vehicle expenses.
Tiers are based on distance from Colac CBD, ensuring transparent and consistent pricing for every booking.

To approximate your travel tier, use your location’s distance from Colac as a guide — for example, Winchelsea falls within the 41–80 km zone.
If you’re unsure which tier applies to you, feel free to get in touch for a quick confirmation before booking.

F.A.Q’S

Q: “Is the travel fee per person, or per location?”

A: Just one travel fee per location — it covers setup, pack-down, driving, and vehicle costs. So whether it’s one person or five at the same address, it’s all included.

Q: “What if you’re already in my area that day — do I still pay travel?

A: Yes, babe. Travel fees are a flat rate based on distance, not direction. They cover the full round-trip and setup time, even if you’re local to another booking.

Q: “What if my location is right on the edge of a travel zone?

A: If you’re hovering around the border (like 25.5km instead of 25), we’ll round it to the nearest zone that makes sense — I’m fair, not fussy.

Q: “Can you do hair and makeup anywhere?

A: Almost anywhere! You’ll just need a clean, clutter-free space, a power outlet, a chair or stool and some decent light. I’ll bring everything else — including pro lighting if needed.

Q: “What happens if someone cancels last minute from our group?

A: Group pricing is locked in at booking — so if a guest drops out, the total stays the same. You’re welcome to swap them for another person though!

Q: “Can we have drinks or take photos while getting ready?

A: Of course — this is supposed to be fun! Just keep it respectful and avoid spills near the tools. I’ll also be capturing a few moments (with your permission) for behind-the-scenes content
